01 Introduction

Welcome to GoldenBaji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and goldenbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the goldenbaji platform — including the website at goldenbaji.vip, the mobile app, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the goldenbaji platform. These Terms apply to all users of goldenbaji, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on goldenbaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a goldenbaji employee.

GoldenBaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on goldenbaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on goldenbaji, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. GoldenBaji is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

• Your goldenbaji username must not impersonate another person or entity.
• You must not use a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your goldenbaji account.
• You must notify goldenbaji immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GoldenBaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

GoldenBaji processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment accounts used on goldenbaji must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits on goldenbaji are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile banking provider. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact goldenbaji support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on goldenbaji — including Pappu, Dragon Tiger, Poker, Wheel, Basketball, American Football, Relax Fishing, and all live dealer games — operate under their own specific game rules. These rules are available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

GoldenBaji uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

• All game results are final once confirmed by the goldenbaji system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goldenbaji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent financial instruments.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

GoldenBaji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

If your goldenbaji account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If the closure is not due to a breach — for example, if you choose to close your own account — any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
